This private transfer service is designed for guests traveling to or from Tokyo Disney Resort® and its surrounding hotels.<br><br>We provide direct, door-to-door transportation between Tokyo Disney Resort/area hotels and your home or designated hotel—with absolutely no transfers required. Since it is a private charter, you can relax and enjoy the ride in your own exclusive space with family or friends.<br><br>Skip the crowded trains and buses; there is no need to worry about heavy luggage, strollers, or a mountain of souvenirs. It is the perfect choice for families with small children or large groups.<br><br>Available 24/7, our service flexibly accommodates your schedule—whether you need an early morning drop-off before the park opens or a late-night pick-up after closing. We offer a fixed-rate system, meaning the price is locked in before you ride, so there are no unexpected hidden fees. Our professional drivers are dedicated to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and seamless journey from start to finish.
About Booking
After making a provisional booking, a confirmation notice will be sent to you within 3 days.
For last-minute bookings, we will notify you of vehicle availability within a few hours.
*Availability may be limited for last-minute bookings, so we highly recommend booking well in advance.

For hotel pick-ups and drop-offs, please use each hotel's designated driveway/porte-cochère.
Important Notes / Cancellation Policy
- If you are not at the pick-up location after your scheduled departure time, your booking will be automatically canceled.
- Delays may occur due to traffic conditions. Please allow plenty of time when making your reservation.
- If you wish to change the time or location, please cancel your current reservation and book again.
Cancellation Policy
Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation fees will apply under the following conditions:
- Up to 3 days before the departure date: Free
- 1 to 2 days before the departure date: 30% of the total fare
- On the departure date up to the scheduled time: 50% of the total fare
- After the scheduled departure time: 100% of the total fare

We can pick you up from your home, or any designated hotel or train station within Tokyo's 23 wards, Yokohama City, and Urayasu City. Please enter the specific details when making your reservation.
Q. Is the service available late at night or early in the morning?
Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q. Will you pick me up from inside Disneyland or DisneySea?
Pick-ups will be at a designated area outside the parks where vehicles are allowed to park.
