We provide direct, door-to-door transportation from your home or designated hotel straight to USJ/nearby hotels, or vice versa, with absolutely no transfers required.<br><br>Since it is a fully private vehicle, you can relax and enjoy the ride in your own personal space with just your family and friends. Forget the hassle of crowded trains or buses—there is plenty of room for heavy luggage, strollers, and all your souvenirs. It is highly recommended for families with small children or groups traveling together.<br><br>Available 24/7, our service flexibly accommodates early morning departures before the park opens as well as late-night returns after closing. About Booking
After making a provisional booking, a confirmation notice will be sent to you within 3 days.
For last-minute bookings, we will notify you of vehicle availability within a few hours.
*Availability may be limited for last-minute bookings, so we highly recommend booking well in advance.
Pick-up & Drop-off Points
For drop-off and pick-up at each facility or hotel, please use the drop-off area. For further details, please check at the time of booking.
Important Notes / Cancellation Policy
- If you are not at the pick-up location after your scheduled departure time, your booking will be automatically canceled.
- Delays may occur due to traffic conditions. Please allow plenty of time when making your reservation.
- If you wish to change the time or location, please cancel your current reservation and book again.
Cancellation Policy
Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation fees will apply under the following conditions:
- Up to 3 days before the departure date: Free
- 1 to 2 days before the departure date: 30% of the total fare
- On the departure date up to the scheduled time: 50% of the total fare
- After the scheduled departure time: 100% of the total fare
Q. Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
We will pick you up at your designated hotel, train station, or residence within Osaka City, or at Kansai International Airport (KIX) / Itami Airport (ITM). Please enter your specific pickup details when making your reservation.
Q. Is the service available late at night or early in the morning?<br>
Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<br>
Q. Can I bring strollers and large luggage?
We can accommodate your luggage as long as it fits within the vehicle's maximum capacity. Please inform us of the number and size of your luggage when making your reservation.
