• How many suitcases can I bring?

  Each passenger is allowed one checked baggage-sized suitcase free of charge. An additional fee will apply if you have two or more suitcases. Please click here to check our detailed luggage policy for more information.

• How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

  As a general rule, we accept reservations until 6:00 PM the day before your trip. Same-day bookings are also possible if seats are available on the scheduled shuttle. However, as seats are limited and fill up quickly, we recommend booking as soon as your travel or business trip is confirmed.

• Where can I find the timetable and the first/last shuttle times?

  We do not have a fixed timetable. Instead, you can book a ride at a time that perfectly aligns with your flight. We operate 24/7 (365 days a year), so you can travel with peace of mind—even for early morning departures before the first train or late-night arrivals after the last one

• Can I be picked up from my hotel instead of Hachimanyama?
