    About Pricing

    Base Fare

    The base fare includes up to 15 km of travel. (An additional 4,000 yen applies for every extra 7.5 km.)

    How it works

    • 1. Book

      Enter your preferred date, time, and ride conditions on this page or in the app to book your ride.

    • 2. Booking confirmed

      Within a few hours after the request, you will receive an email confirming whether your reservation is accepted.

    • 3. Schedule confirmed

      By 6PM the day before your ride, details such as your departure time, estimated arrival time, vehicle information, and route will be finalized.

    • 4. Board your ride

      Go to the designated pickup point before departure, locate your vehicle, and board.

    Adding waypoints is not required, but we kindly ask you to register them in advance for the following reasons:

    • Yes, absolutely! First, please choose your departure date/time and the duration of the charter to confirm your booking. While entering your route is not required, letting us know your itinerary in advance helps ensure a smoother ride on the day of your trip.

    • Yes, it is possible! Please consult with your driver directly. However, please note that we cannot guarantee extensions of the charter time or changes to the departure/destination locations, as it depends on the driver's schedule before and after your booking. Thank you for your understanding.

    • The base price includes the vehicle charter fee, a dedicated driver, fuel (gasoline), and consumption tax. It does not include tour guide services or admission fees for sightseeing facilities.
