What is Shared Ride?

If another customer books a ride in a similar time slot and direction, you can share the same vehicle (ride-sharing). By reducing dispatch costs per vehicle, we offer a more affordable taxi experience.

How it works

  • 1. Book

    Enter your preferred date, time, and ride conditions on this page or in the app to book your ride.

    Choose Shared Ride or Private Charter.

  • 2. Booking confirmed

    We will let you know if your booking is accepted by 60 minutes before your requested pickup time. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the departure and arrival times and vehicle details by 15 minutes before your requested pickup time (Kyoto).

  • 3. Ride

    Go to the designated pickup point before departure, locate your vehicle, and board.

FAQ

  • These fees are included in the reservation price (trip cost), so there is no need to pay separate pick-up or reservation fees.

  • Cancellations are free of charge if made before the dispatch is confirmed or up to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made after that will incur a prescribed cancellation fee.

  • The reservation will be confirmed at the latest 30 minutes before your scheduled ride.

  • Yes, we will search for and arrange an available driver in real-time.
