What is Shared Ride?
If another customer books a ride in a similar time slot and direction, you can share the same vehicle (ride-sharing). By reducing dispatch costs per vehicle, we offer a more affordable taxi experience.

How it works
- 1. Book
Enter your preferred date, time, and ride conditions on this page or in the app to book your ride.
Choose Shared Ride or Private Charter.
- 2. Booking confirmed
We will let you know if your booking is accepted by 60 minutes before your requested pickup time. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the departure and arrival times and vehicle details by 15 minutes before your requested pickup time (Hokkaido area).
- 3. Ride
Go to the designated pickup point before departure, locate your vehicle, and board.
