This private transfer service is designed for guests traveling to or from the Furano area in Hokkaido. We provide door-to-door, hassle-free transportation directly from your home or designated hotel to the Furano area, or from the area back to your preferred destination.<br><br>Traveling in a private vehicle ensures a comfortable and relaxing space exclusive to your family or group. You won't have to worry about crowded trains or buses, making it the perfect solution if you are traveling with large luggage, strollers, or lots of souvenirs. It is highly recommended for families with small children or larger groups.<br><br>Our service is available 24/7, allowing us to flexibly accommodate early morning departures or late-night returns. With a fixed-rate pricing system confirmed before you ride, there are no hidden or unexpected fees. Our professional drivers are dedicated to ensuring a safe, smooth, and comfortable journey from start to finish.
About Booking
After making a provisional booking, a confirmation notice will be sent to you within 3 days.
For last-minute bookings, we will notify you of vehicle availability within a few hours.
*Availability may be limited for last-minute bookings, so we highly recommend booking well in advance.
Pick-up & Drop-off Points
For drop-off and pick-up at each facility or hotel, please use the drop-off area. For further details, please check at the time of booking.
Important Notes / Cancellation Policy
- If you are not at the pick-up location after your scheduled departure time, your booking will be automatically canceled.
- Delays may occur due to traffic conditions. Please allow plenty of time when making your reservation.
- If you wish to change the time or location, please cancel your current reservation and book again.
Cancellation Policy
Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation fees will apply under the following conditions:
- Up to 3 days before the departure date: Free
- 1 to 2 days before the departure date: 30% of the total fare
- On the departure date up to the scheduled time: 50% of the total fare
- After the scheduled departure time: 100% of the total fare

We will pick you up at your designated hotel, station, residence within Sapporo City, or New Chitose Airport. Please provide the exact details when making your reservation.
Q. Is the service available late at night or early in the morning?<br>
Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<br>
Q. Can I bring strollers and large luggage?
We can accommodate your luggage as long as it fits within the vehicle's maximum capacity. Please inform us of the number and size of your luggage when making your reservation.
