Plan Description

Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall, loads the suitcases and the sightseeing begins there rather than at the hotel. The first stop is Shiroi Koibito Park, reopened in July 2026, where you can watch the biscuits being made over a coffee. From there the route runs into the city for Odori Park and the TV Tower, the red-brick Former Hokkaido Government Office and the Clock Tower, finishing at Nijo Market for an early seafood dinner. No hauling luggage between stations, and the car stays with you until your hotel.

About Booking

After making a provisional booking, a confirmation notice will be sent to you within 3 days.

For last-minute bookings, we will notify you of vehicle availability within a few hours.

*Availability may be limited for last-minute bookings, so we highly recommend booking well in advance.

Important Notes / Cancellation Policy

  • If you are not at the pick-up location after your scheduled departure time, your booking will be automatically canceled.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic conditions. Please allow plenty of time when making your reservation.
  • If you wish to change the time or location, please cancel your current reservation and book again.

Cancellation Policy

Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation fees will apply under the following conditions:

  • Up to 3 days before the departure date: Free
  • 1 to 2 days before the departure date: 30% of the total fare
  • On the departure date up to the scheduled time: 50% of the total fare
  • After the scheduled departure time: 100% of the total fare

Q. What happens if my flight is delayed?

Tell us your flight number when booking and the driver waits for the actual arrival time. The charter hours are counted from the moment you meet, so with a long delay we shorten the second half of the route rather than the whole plan. Extensions depend on the driver's later bookings and cannot always be granted.

Q. Can we sightsee with our suitcases still in the car?

Yes. Luggage stays in the vehicle between stops. We assign a minivan (up to 5 guests) or a wagon (up to 9 guests) based on party size and luggage, so please tell us how many large suitcases you have when booking.

Q. Is admission to Shiroi Koibito Park included?

It is not. Admission is 1,200 yen for adults (high school age and above) and 600 yen for children aged 4 to junior high, paid on site. The park is open 10:00 to 18:00 with last entry at 16:30, so for late afternoon arrivals we suggest an alternative route.
