Frequently Asked Questions
Until when are reservations accepted?
New reservations are generally accepted until 6:00 PM the day before the boarding date. However, for Haneda/Narita flights, same-day reservations are also accepted if there are seats available on the scheduled shuttle. Please note that reservations cannot be accepted once capacity is reached, so we recommend making your reservation as early as possible.
When will reservations be confirmed?
We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your reservation. Additionally, if you make a reservation the day before the boarding date, we will respond on the same day.
Can you tell me about the luggage I can bring?
You can place luggage on your lap (free of charge) without registration. Luggage with a total of three dimensions exceeding 200cm cannot be accepted. For more details, click here.
What if my flight is delayed?
As other passengers will also be boarding, we generally cannot wait. In the event of flight cancellation or delay, cancellation fees are waived. For more information, click here.
Are there multiple boarding and alighting locations?
There is only one boarding and alighting location. It is not possible to pick up friends at a different location or alight at a different location.
