    Within a few hours after the request, you will receive an email confirming whether your reservation is accepted.

    3. Ride Schedule Confirmed

    By 6 PM the day before your ride, details such as your departure time, estimated arrival time, vehicle information, and route will be finalized.

  • Departure Day
    4. Board the Vehicle

    Go to the designated pickup location, find your vehicle, and board. Relax and enjoy your ride to your destination.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations are possible until the day of travel at many airports. (At some airports, reservations must be made by 6:00 PM on the previous day.)
When will reservations be confirmed?
We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your reservation. If you make a reservation on the day before the boarding date, we will respond on the same day.
Baggage Allowance & size restrictions for baggage
You can bring strollers, skis, golf bags, snowboards, etc. Also, please note that you cannot bring in baggage that exceeds 200 cm in total on all three sides. Click here for details.
